Regular dental visits including examinations, cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, and fillings are important to keep teeth healthy.  For your convenience, we accept cash payments or personal checks as well as all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.  We do ask for payments at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Financial Protocol and Dental Benefits

Our office is happy to assist you with your dental benefits. We accept most dental benefit plans, with the exception of HMO plans. We will gladly submit your claims on your behalf.  We will also go over treatment costs, estimated dental benefits, and your personal investment as requested.

Our relationship with you and your family is of utmost importance, therefore we want to minimize any confusion regarding how our office works with dental benefit plans. We have many families who utilize their dental benefits at our office. While we work with most dental plans, our doctors are considered "out of network" which simply means that we do not have a contractual agreement with those insurance companies. Rest assured that you are still able to come to us for dental care and utilize your dental benefits. We are happy to discuss your dental plan with you in more detail. Our treatment recommendations will always be based on what we believe is the best for your oral health. These recommendations will never be swayed by limitations imposed by a dental plan.
